What is Found & Forever jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is crafted from 316L stainless steel. Gold pieces are finished with 18K gold PVD plating over the stainless steel base. You can find more information about our materials and how to care for your jewellery on our Materials & Care page.
Is your jewellery water-resistant?
Yes. Our jewellery is water-resistant and designed with everyday wear in mind. To help maintain its finish for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to swimming pools, seawater and harsh chemicals.
Is your jewellery tarnish-resistant?
Yes. The materials and finishes used across our jewellery are selected for their resistance to tarnishing and everyday wear. As with all jewellery, its appearance can naturally change over time depending on how frequently it is worn and what it comes into contact with.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, soft cloth when needed and allow it to dry fully before storing. We also recommend allowing perfumes, lotions and similar products to dry before putting your jewellery on. Full care guidance can be found on our Materials & Care page.
Will my gold jewellery fade?
Our gold pieces use 18K gold PVD plating over 316L stainless steel, which provides a durable finish. However, all plated jewellery can experience gradual changes with wear. How long the finish lasts will depend on how frequently the piece is worn and how it is cared for.
Orders & Delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1-2 business days. You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99, with Express Delivery available for £4.99. We also offer free Standard Delivery on UK orders of £40 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges depending on the destination and applicable rules. Where these aren't collected as part of checkout or postage, they may be payable by the customer. Please see our Shipping & Delivery policy for more information.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Our delivery services are tracked, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered an incorrect delivery address. We may be able to update it before fulfilment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return periods and rights can vary depending on your location, so please refer to the policy for the terms that apply to your order.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation through your customer account or contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return instead.
Packaging
How will my jewellery arrive?
Each order is carefully packaged in Found & Forever's signature packaging, with your jewellery protected inside its jewellery box and prepared securely for delivery.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting?
Yes. Our jewellery arrives presented in Found & Forever packaging, so it can be given as a gift without needing separate jewellery packaging.
